Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Braxik at braxik.com, operated by Braham, an individual based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer form part of these Terms.

Braxik provides free browser-based developer utilities — formatters, converters, validators, generators and calculators — plus an optional AI assistant and optional saved-work storage.

Most tools run entirely as JavaScript on your own device. That is a design choice, not a promise about every feature: the AI assistant and the Save function do send data to our servers, and they say so before they do. The Privacy Policy describes exactly which is which.

You do not need an account to use the tools. If you create one:

• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• One person per account. Do not share credentials.
• Tell us promptly at support@braxik.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to do anything unlawful, or to process data you have no right to process.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, another user's account, or our infrastructure.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without our written permission.
• Scrape, spider or automate access at a rate that degrades the service for others, or circumvent rate limits.
• Resell, sublicense, or repackage the service as your own product.
• Upload malware, or use a tool as a vector to attack a third party.
• Use the AI assistant to generate content that is unlawful, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights.

We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate access that breaches this section, and we may do so without notice where the service or other users are at risk.

Where you use Save, you grant us the limited technical permission required to store and return that content to you — nothing more. Where you use Ask AI, you authorise us to transmit the content you approved to our AI provider so it can produce an answer. Both are described in detail in section 06 of the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having the right to process whatever you put into a tool. If your employer's policy prohibits sending source code or production data to third-party services, that applies here too.

• The tools stay free. Paid plans add AI capacity, saved work and sync. They do not paywall an existing free tool.
• Prices are shown on the pricing page and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Billing is handled by Razorpay. We never receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Renewal. Plans renew for the same period until cancelled.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep access until then.
• Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Price changes apply from your next renewal, and we will tell you before they take effect.
• Failed payment. If a renewal fails we may downgrade the account to the free tier. Saved work is not deleted for this reason alone.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or remove tools and features. Where a change removes something you paid for, you may cancel and request a pro-rata refund under the Refund Policy.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

The site's design, code, written guides and articles are owned by us and protected by copyright. You may read, quote with attribution, and link to them. You may not republish substantial portions, or use them to train a model, without written permission.

Trademarks and product names referenced in the tools and articles — Java, Spring Boot, Databricks, AWS, Google and others — belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively. Braxik is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that output will be accurate, or that defects will be corrected. The calculators produce estimates, not financial, tax or legal advice — see the Disclaimer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) INR 1,000.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service.

On termination, your saved work is deleted in line with the retention periods in the Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep before you close your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of India shall have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
